Responsibilities
  • Ensure the efficiency and quality of the procurement service
  • Lead negotiations, manage and monitor purchase contracts, and analyze supplier selection
  • Coordinate and execute purchases related to maintenance, repair, and operations
  • Ensure a smooth procure-to-pay process
  • Evaluate suppliers in collaboration with requestors and follow up on supplier improvement plans
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and potential suppliers
  • Track material returns and authorizations with suppliers
  • Generate and analyze procurement and supplier performance indicators
  • Participate in major projects to ensure compliance with the procurement process and support the creation of compliant tenders
Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in procurement or a related field
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
