Accounting and Financial Operations Analyst

Mission

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager and CFO, your mission is to support the smooth and efficient operation of daily financial processes within the organization. You will assist with accounting tasks, ensure accurate financial record-keeping, contribute to maintaining the company’s financial stability through reliable and timely processing of financial data, and support financial analysis.

Your objectives will be to :

• Monitor financial transactions
• Manage accounting and reconciliations
• Prepare reports and assist with forecasts
• Support and improve financial processes

Responsibilities

1 / Account Receivables

• Collect payments from customer accounts
• Follow-up on overdue accounts
• Reconcile account statements with ERP
• Analyze collection and order trends to forecast cash inflows and inventory requirements

2 / Account Payables

• Support processing of accounts payable payments
• Help reconcile supplier invoices and external account statements
• Assist with processing sales representatives’ commissions
• Analyze payment trends to forecast cash outflows

3 / Accounting

• Perform monthly closings and participate in the preparation of financial statements
• Record and classify invoices and accounting entries
• Reconcile bank accounts, supplier and customer accounts
• Process journal entries and accounting reclassifications
• Ensure accurate filing and documentation of accounting records
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies

4 / Revenue and Inventory

• Extract and analyze data periodically
• Adjust inventory costs in the system
• Assist CFO and CEO in various financial analyses of profitability and optimization

Experience

• 1+ years experience in Accounting and Finance Operations
• Strong experience with reporting
• Strong experience with data analytics
• Experience with the agri-food industry (a plus)
• Experience with ERP systems
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Corporate Finance
• Starting Date: Oct 2025
• Full-time position (presence at the office required 3 days per week)
