Purpose of your Role
OFX is seeking a driven, results-oriented team player to join our expanding sales team as an Account Executive Outbound Sales. You are an experienced hunter and closer with a track record of exceeding targets. You will identify customer needs, articulate OFX’s value proposition, and discuss how OFX’s products provide an opportunity for better business money management, financial operations and spend control. High performers will have opportunities for career growth within our dynamic organization.
We offer a competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $150,000 – $180,000 CAD, including a base salary of $80,000 – $90,000 CAD plus an uncapped commission structure. Our comprehensive benefits package is available to all full-time employees and part-time employees working a minimum of 24 hours per week.
We also offer a flexible hybrid working model where employees typically work 1-2 days from our Edmonton or San Francisco office.
