The starting salary for this position is $15.50 per hour.

When does this adventure begin?

This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for summer 2025. This role is to begin immediately, and will conclude on October 31st, 2025.

Role and responsibilities
  • Request orders from and serve food and beverages to guests
  • Maintenance and cleanliness of the service area
  • Perform opening/closing and side duties as per the shift checklist
  • Promoting a "No Problem Service" environment
  • Energetic and enthusiastic; enjoy customer service and working with the public
  • Knowledgeable about the food and spirits menus
  • Responsible alcohol service utilizing skills and knowledge from Proserve training
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and the cleanliness of the bar
  • Perform duties in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with company policies
  • Perform well under pressure in a fast paced and sometimes challenging environment
  • Accurate cash and product handling
Skills and experience
  • Thrives in a fast paced, high energy work environment
  • 1-2 years of serving experience is an asset
  • Proserve (responsible service of alcohol) certification (can be obtained online) before start of employment
  • Must speak fluent English; additional language an asset
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Desire and ability to increase knowledge in the Food & Beverage and customer service field
  • Ability to handle money, to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 10 pounds
  • Flexible with work schedule (morning & evening shifts)
