As an Investments Summer Intern at Welltower, you won’t just observe — you’ll dive head-first into underwriting, asset management, management services, and development. From day one, you’ll be part of the action, gaining hands-on experience across the full investment lifecycle, from analyzing new opportunities to managing partnerships in our seniors housing and wellness housing portfolio. You’ll work alongside seasoned professionals on high-priority projects, applying sharp analytical skills and clear communication to make a real impact.
