A leading global provider of engineering services is seeking an experienced software development leader in Rio de Janeiro. You will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, overseeing system architecture and mentoring junior developers. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and 7+ years of experience are required. Expertise in Java, AWS, DevOps tools, and superior communication skills are essential for this role.
You’ll own the delivery lifecycle end-to-end—from architecture and design to production reliability, technical mentorship, and stakeholder alignment. We’re looking for someone who can turn complex requirements into secure, scalable, high-quality software — and help the team grow in the process.
