Our client is a global leader in the manufacture and supply of renewable energy components, including solar modules, inverters, mounting brackets, and related systems. With a strong foundation in China and expanding operations across Latin America, the company supports utility-scale and distributed generation projects with high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
To strengthen its commercial presence in the region, the company is seeking a Sales Manager based in Brazil to lead sales efforts and client engagement across the country and wider LATAM markets.
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving regional sales growth by promoting a portfolio of solar PV components—particularly modules, inverters, and structural mounting brackets—to EPCs, developers, and distributors. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical sales and cross-border business development, with a strong understanding of Brazil's renewable energy landscape.
Develop and execute sales strategies focused on solar PV components for the Brazilian market
Manage relationships with key clients, including EPC contractors, developers, and energy distributors
Promote the company’s product range: solar modules, string and central inverters, and mounting/bracket systems
Participate in bid responses, RFPs, and tender processes, working closely with technical and pricing teams
Monitor local regulatory developments, market dynamics, and competitor activity
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences across Brazil and LATAM
Provide input into pricing strategies and inventory planning for the region
Prepare regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback
Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
3–5 years of sales or business development experience in renewable energy, industrial equipment, or electrical components
Knowledge of solar modules, inverters, and mounting/bracket systems is highly desirable
Experience working in or selling to the Brazilian energy market
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client management skills
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and project timelines in the energy sector
Portuguese and English fluency required; Mandarin is an advantage
Based in Brazil or willing to relocate
