The Insider Risk and Compliance Associate performs Global Security Assessments (GSAs)—comprehensive evaluations of risks across technology, HR, operations, finance, etc.—and leads No Notice Inspections (NNIs). The role involves consulting with Records Management, Legal, HR, and Privacy teams to ensure legal, privacy, and civil rights regarding PII are properly managed according to local laws. The Associate supports the implementation of enterprise-wide standards related to Insider Risk and Compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Criminology or equivalent experience (preferred)
• IT Security & Cybersecurity knowledge and experience (a plus)
• Expertise in risk identification and reduction in the BPO industry (strongly preferred)
• Certified Fraud Examiner or willing to certify within 12 months
• 3+ years experience in fraud or cyber investigations
• Interview and Interrogation training such as Reid technique or similar
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
• People management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in investigative triage, case management, and report writing
• Background in handling criminal, sensitive, or confidential matters
• Ability to communicate and influence senior leaders

Responsibilities:

• Implement processes, documentation, and training for the Insider Risk and Compliance program
• Collaborate with stakeholders for risk and investigation discussions
• Lead and participate in GSAs, identifying vulnerabilities
• Support action planning to address vulnerabilities
• Ensure NNIs are conducted per leadership requirements
• Monitor and investigate suspicious activities involving employees, contractors, or third parties
• Work with law enforcement when necessary
• Develop employee awareness and training materials
• Lead a team of investigators and specialists (currently an individual contributor role)

Accountability:

• Align Insider Risk and Compliance initiatives with global objectives
• Operationalize the program within the assigned country or area
• Foster a culture of continual improvement and fraud prevention
• Report monthly metrics and incident analyses
• Ensure GSAs and NNIs are conducted as scheduled
• Investigate internal fraud, theft, and confidentiality breaches
• Manage NNIs, investigations, and risk findings for closure
• Follow legal, HR, Privacy, and record retention guidelines
• Manage incident response lifecycle and documentation
• Capture and share learnings from incidents
• Conduct education sessions and support control improvements
