A leading internet company located in Porto Alegre, Brazil, is seeking a recruitment specialist to manage agency recruitment for a social app. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be fluent in English and Portuguese, and possess a sales-oriented mindset. Responsibilities include recruiting hosts and assisting in translations of product features. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for personal growth.
Formación
- At least one year of experience in agency recruitment or management.
- Enjoy using voice social apps, familiar with various features and gameplay.
- Reliable and loyal, with integrity and a goal-oriented approach.
Responsabilidades
- Responsible for recruiting agencies and hosts (at least 200-300 hosts per month).
- Assist in the translation of events and product features (English to Portuguese).

This position will serve the social app(SOYO) business unit.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- At least one year of experience in agency recruitment or management.
- Excellent communication skills, able to make friends with users.
