Reportando-se ao Diretor de Tesouraria (Cash Operations & Capital Markets) você dará suporte às operações globais de tesouraria, incluindo gestão diária de caixa, relacionamento bancário, operações de câmbio, empréstimos intercompany, forecast de caixa, relatórios financeiros e administração do sistema de tesouraria, contribuindo para uma gestão eficiente de liquidez e capital em nível global.

• Executar a posição diária global de caixa e apoiar decisões de captação e investimentos de curto prazo conforme as políticas da companhia.
• Gerenciar globalmente contas bancárias das subsidiárias (KYC, abertura e encerramento de contas).
• Administrar o portfólio de empréstimos intercompany no sistema de tesouraria e coordenar reportes de fechamento mensal e contabilidade com os times financeiros locais.
• Executar confirmações e liquidações de operações de câmbio (FX).
• Apoiar a preparação do forecast global de caixa de curto prazo identificando riscos e oportunidades.
• Liderar iniciativas para reduzir caixa ocioso, maximizar rendimentos financeiros, reduzir custos bancários e otimizar o relacionamento com bancos.
• Publicar mensalmente as taxas globais de câmbio, garantindo precisão e aderência a controles e procedimentos.
• Preparar relatórios de transações de dívida, documentação para auditorias (SOX interna e externa) e atuar como ponto focal de tesouraria para projetos e demandas globais.

• Gestão de caixa e liquidez em ambientes corporativos globais.
• Conhecimento de operações de câmbio (FX), empréstimos intercompany e funding corporativo.
• Entendimento de conceitos contábeis e integração com o razão contábil.
• Capacidade de elaboração e análise de forecasts de caixa.
• Domínio de Excel, PowerPoint e Word para análises financeiras e reportes gerenciais.
• Experiência com sistemas de tesouraria (Treasury Management Systems).
• Organização, atenção a detalhes e habilidade para atuar em múltiplas atividades simultaneamente.
• Comunicação clara para interação com times financeiros e stakeholders globais.
