As a Software Engineer and problem-solver for internal customers, you will guide the creation of low-code/hybrid-code solutions (Power Platform/SharePoint), ensuring they are aligned with security and governance standards. This includes acting as the technical liaison between different teams, building Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and providing specialized support to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency in the adoption of development tools.

• Engage with internal Citizen Developer customers as a technical consultant to guide them in the planning and creation of low-code and hybrid-code solutions to solve business needs;
• Act as a technical liaison between the customer and various internal teams to help identify the best path for successful outcomes. This includes tool selection in the digitalization, automation, and AI space along with ensuring security and best practices are applied;
• Provide internal customer support for questions and issues related to development in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint tools;
• Identify patterns and opportunities to help reduce friction in the adoption and utilization of Citizen Development tools, reduce the need for support ticket creation, and improve customer satisfaction and efficiency;
• Leverage technical expertise to build low/hybrid code solutions and proof of concepts using the tools that we support;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business and technical needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience;
• Advanced english: broad vocabulary, good grammar, conducts meetings, argues, negotiates and provides training;
• Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools - Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, CoPilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents), Dataverse, Power Pages, and AI Builder;
• Experience using SharePoint Online as a developer, contributor, and site owner with a strong understanding of the capabilities as well as the data and permissions structure;
• Experience integrating Microsoft Power Platform with APIs and other code hosted in cloud technologies;
• Experience building scripts and functions in languages such as PowerShell, C#, JavaScript, and Python;
• E xperience using and integrating Generative AI in technical solutions.

• General knowledge in the following areas;
• SharePoint Administration;
• Microsoft Power Platform licensing ;
• Microsoft Azure;
• Azure Function Apps;
• Azure Automation Accounts ;
• Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD) ;
• API integration;
• Relational databases such as SQL Server;
• Strong ability to coach both technical and non-technical users leveraging your technical skills;
• Experience developing medium to complex solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
