• Develop original, high-quality pursuit and marketing content tailored to decision-makers
• Provide strategic guidance on RFP responses to enhance client outcomes
• Oversee comprehensive pursuit efforts, ensuring top-tier deliverables from planning to delivery
• Lead internal stakeholders and facilitate team briefings throughout the pursuit lifecycle
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the content library and various marketing materials

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Advanced or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in pursuit management and content creation in a relevant industry
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and high-volume client requests simultaneously
• Strong project management skills and intermediate to advanced proficiency in relevant software applications
• Domestic travel up to 10% of the time may be required based on business needs

• Direct experience in Contract Logistics is highly advantageous
• Familiarity with supply chain and logistics
• Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or transportation operations
• Curiosity, a positive attitude, and meticulous attention to detail
