Outlier is seeking talented Clinical Medicine Experts to assist in training generative artificial intelligence models. This freelance, remote position offers flexible hours, allowing you to work whenever it suits you. Your contributions may include:

1. Assessing the factuality and relevance of domain-specific texts produced by AI models.
2. Crafting and answering questions related to Clinical Medicine.
3. Evaluating and ranking AI-generated responses within the domain.

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Clinical Medicine or a related field.
• Experience working as a Clinical Medicine professional.
• Ability to clearly articulate concepts related to Clinical Medicine in fluent English.

Current pay rates for core project work by Clinical Medicine experts range from $25 to $45 per hour USD. Rates depend on expertise, skills assessment, location, project needs, and other factors. Higher rates may be available for PhDs. For non-core tasks, such as onboarding or overtime, lower rates may apply. Some projects may include incentive payments.
