Overview of the role:
We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team and help drive our growth. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a critical and active role in the day‑to‑day operations. Key responsibilities:
- Determine supply needs for products and services and research potential suppliers.
- Act as a link and communicate pricing and performance needs to vendors and suppliers.
- Participate in negotiations of favorable procurement contracts and prices with selected vendors and suppliers.
- Select the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost‑efficiency.
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
- Prepare cost‑benefit analysis reports for review by managers.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a supply management role or related position.
- Knowledge of SAP or SAP B1.
- Degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management, or related fields.
- Experience in managing inventory.
- Proficiency in SQL analysis tools and mathematical analysis.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to build and improve trust.
- Advanced level of English.

- Collaborate with regional team on capacity scheduling management and attendance performance, leverage partner feedback loops to enhance goal‑setting precision and operational feasibility.
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of capacity scheduling targets, monitor and analyze partners performance, and help drive corrective actions for underperforming partners and areas.
- Design and optimise synchronization and interaction processes with local team to enhance operational efficiency.
