Responsibilities Lead end-to-end development of our React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android
Build fast, reliable, and scalable features with our modern tech stack (React Native, Node.js, Redis)
Partner with cross-functional teams—from backend engineers to product managers—focused on user outcomes
Design and deliver robust architecture that prioritizes performance and maintainability
Contribute to a strong team culture through mentorship, pairing, and open feedback
Requirements 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written
Proven track record delivering production-grade mobile apps with React Native
Comfortable working across time zones and following remote-first best practices
Nice to Haves Previous experience with U.S.-based startups or technology companies
Background in healthtech or other mission-driven B2B platforms
