We are a staffing and recruitment consultancy supporting one of our clients with a long-term project. We are seeking a Scrum Master to join a Product & Engineering environment, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.

Mid-level (2–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master)

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles


• Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team


• Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery


• Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices


• Identify, elevate and remove impediments impacting team progress


• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback


• Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions

• 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master


• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)


• Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus


• Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar


• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts


• Experience working with distributed, global teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset


• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities


• Adaptability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude


• Ability to challenge ideas constructively and negotiate pushback when needed


• Independent thinker with a continuous improvement mindset

• SAFe certification is highly desired


• Bachelor's degree in a related field (optional)

• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment


• Comfortable collaborating with teams across North America, Europe, and Asia


• Willingness to learn, adapt, and evolve within Agile frameworks
