A staffing and recruitment consultancy is seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile teams in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master and strong knowledge of Agile methodologies. Candidates will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, guide team performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with distributed teams across different regions. SAFe certification is highly desired.

Qualificações

About the Opportunity

We are a staffing and recruitment consultancy supporting one of our clients with a long-term project. We are seeking a Scrum Master to join a Product & Engineering environment, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.

Experience Level

Mid-level (2–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master)

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles


• Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team


• Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery


• Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices


• Identify, elevate and remove impediments impacting team progress


• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback


• Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master


• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)


• Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus


• Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar


• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts


• Experience working with distributed, global teams
