A SaaS innovation company seeks a Founding Fullstack Engineer to drive product and engineering standards from scratch. The role demands ownership of both backend and frontend development, making architectural decisions, and delivering features rapidly. We’re an early-stage SaaS company building innovative cloud software, already trusted by 30+ customers and profitable since day one. Our ambition is to become the next hidden champion in SaaS — and to get there, we’re looking for a Founding Fullstack Engineer to shape our product, technology, and culture from the ground up.
The founder is young, smart, and driven — looking for someone equally ambitious, proactive, and entrepreneurial. If you’ve been the first engineer or an early technical hire at a startup and thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments, this is for you.
As our Founding Fullstack Engineer, you’ll take full ownership of our product’s backend and frontend. You’ll make key architectural decisions, ship features fast, and set the standard for technical excellence and product impact. You’ll also work directly with the founders and customers to build something meaningful — and help shape the DNA of the company from day one.
5+ years of experience in fullstack development.
Hands‑on expertise with our stack or similar: React / TypeScript, Node.js / NestJS, PostgreSQL, AWS.
Startup mentality: bias for action, ownership, and comfort with ambiguity.
Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
