You're a creative and innovative designer with a talent for creating scroll-stopping thumbnails that drive video views and channel growth. • Design 10-20 high-quality thumbnails per week (40-80 per month) with a 24-hour turnaround time
• Create and maintain client-specific visual branding systems for real estate professionals
• Develop A/B testing variations and execute rapid design iterations based on performance data
• Optimize thumbnails for YouTube search and browsing behavior to maximize CTR
• Collaborate with video editors and strategy teams within a production pod system
• Implement brand style guides and manage digital assets effectively
• Support client goals of 100-1000 subscriber growth per month

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing YouTube thumbnails
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other industry-standard design software
• Experience creating visuals for real estate content or similar professional services
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and viewer engagement metrics
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple clients and tight deadlines
