A leading tech firm is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to provide thought leadership in advanced analytics and machine learning. This remote role involves leading complex initiatives, defining best practices, and mentoring junior data scientists. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in data science and a strong expertise in machine learning and predictive modeling. A hands-on leadership style and experience with Azure ML are preferred. This role offers the opportunity to shape the company's enterprise AI strategy.
Qualificações
- 10+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning.
- Strong expertise in machine learning, statistics, and predictive modeling.
- Hands-on leadership experience with Azure ML (preferred), GCP or AWS.
- Experience defining enterprise analytics and AI strategies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsabilidades
- Lead complex machine learning and advanced analytics initiatives.
- Define and enforce best practices for model evaluation, validation, and governance.
- Advise leadership on AI, analytics, and data science strategy.

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to provide thought leadership in advanced analytics, machine learning, and enterprise-level modeling strategy. This role is ideal for a senior professional who can lead complex initiatives, influence AI strategy, and mentor junior team members while working closely with stakeholders across the organization.
- Lead complex machine learning and advanced analytics initiatives
- Define and enforce best practices for model evaluation, validation, and governance
- Advise leadership on AI, analytics, and data science strategy
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level data scientists
- Partner with engineering and business teams to translate data insights into impact
- 10+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning

- AI / Testing Tools: Cypress, Robot Framework, JMeter, unit testing frameworks
