Job summary
A leading energy company is seeking customer care representatives to provide exceptional service remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least B1 German language skills and a structured work ethic. Experience in customer service is a plus but career changers are welcome. The role offers an attractive starting salary of 800 EUR per month, with potential for growth up to 1,300 EUR per month, supporting a meaningful energy transition.

- Manage customer care tasks such as administration of grid connection and claims management.
- Deliver top-notch customer service to aid the energy transition.
- Work completely remote without relocation.
