We’re looking for two full-time Virtual Assistants based in Brazil to join our global property management and real estate rental operations team. This is a fast-paced, service-driven role where you’ll communicate directly with guests and tenants across multiple properties, ensuring every experience meets our standard of excellence.
If you’re fluent in English, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service — this is a great opportunity to grow in an international environment.
- Craft clear, professional, and empathetic English responses to guest messages, emails, and inquiries across Airbnb, VRBO and other internal platforms.
- Maintain a 5–10 minute response time to all messages during your shift.
- Deescalate and resolve guest complaints with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
- Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and operations teams to fulfill requests.
- Update and monitor internal systems, CRMs, and property dashboards.
- Document all customer interactions accurately for team follow-up and quality control.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – excellent grammar and communication tone.
- Strong typing skills (80+ WPM) and confidence navigating multiple platforms.
- High attention to detail, accountability, and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Must have a reliable laptop/computer and high‑speed WiFi.
- Previous experience with Airbnb, property management, or hospitality support is a plus but not required.
