• Assess program/project risks, propose resolutions, and track implementation through to completion
• Present program/project proposals, updates, and outcomes to senior leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in project management or a related field
• Five to eight years of experience managing multiple high-risk, high-cost full lifecycle projects within a program
• Previous experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment
• Intermediate level of proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly desired

• Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred
