About This OpportunityAt InComm, we are currently seeking a skilled BI Analyst II to join our Enterprise Data Operations (EDO) group. Reporting into Enterprise Data Services, you will collaborate with stakeholders from various business areas to support and monitor the EDS department’s functions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and technical expertise in data management and reporting.
As a BI Analyst II, you will work closely with development teams and business stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions meet the organization’s needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, reporting tools, and process automation.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities
- Maintain and provide ownership over existing Power Apps.
- Collaborate with automation teams to aid in the development of workflow solutions and dashboards.
- Oversee the operational data movement and integration of data across platforms.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed by business teams to address specific problems or questions.
- Stay updated on Power Platform features and industry best practices to apply them effectively.
- Occasional availability on weekends may be required for critical tasks.
- Research and implement workarounds, which may include process changes, to improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems related to data analysis and reporting.
- Serve as a liaison between functional users and development teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for functional questions, coordination, and documentation of functional specifications, defects, and other inquiries.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Ensure data integrity by identifying and resolving inconsistencies, duplicates, or errors.
- Thoroughly test and validate report solutions prior to implementation.
QualificationsQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SQL and Microsoft Reporting tools (Power BI, Power Automate, SSIS, SSRS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate and resolve complex business and organizational challenges.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A collaborative team player with a strong sense of teamwork and cross-functional cooperation.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required.
- Flexibility to assist with diverse user requests and adapt to shifting priorities as needed.
- A professional, positive attitude with a results-driven mindset and a strong attention to detail.
Technical Skills Required
- Proficiency in report development tools and languages such as SQL and Python (minimum 3 years of experience).
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile & Waterfall).
- Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros)
- Hands-on experience in the following tools:
- Power BI
- Power Automate
- SSIS
- SSRS
