What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Perform rigorous data analysis to inform strategic product decisions and identify market opportunities
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, pitch decks, business cases, and process workflows
• Coordinate feedback and manage convenings to prepare materials for internal reviews and approvals
• Contribute to product strategy, feature development, and launch planning, including pilots and MVPs
• Actively track product performance and support enhancement initiatives post-launch

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of healthcare experience in product management or data analytics; Master's degree with 2+ years of experience
• Familiarity with FHIR and interoperability standards, HEDIS, and healthcare data flows
• Proven experience with product lifecycle activities, requirements documentation, and stakeholder coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
