About the RoleAudiense is seeking a Director of Partner Sales Enablement to lead a specialized team of sellers dedicated to enabling and supporting our strategic partners-Meltwater, Pulsar, IPSOS, and others-in selling Audiense's social and digital intelligence solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Sales Leadership- Manage, coach, and develop a team of sellers who directly support partner reps in achieving revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with partner sales leaders to align strategies and optimize co-selling efforts.
- Act as the primary liaison between Audiense's sales team and partner organizations, ensuring mutual success.
Partnership Enablement- Develop and execute enablement programs that empower partner reps to sell Audiense effectively
- Create and refine partner-facing resources, including presentations, solution guides, and joint value propositions.
- Drive pipeline generation with partners through joint account planning, targeted campaigns, and events.
Revenue Growth & Strategy- Build scalable partner sales strategies aligned with Audiense.com's SaaS solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance, address gaps, and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Leverage data-driven insights (Salesforce, partner dashboards) to measure success and optimize co-selling initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to design and execute joint go-to-market campaigns with strategic partners.
- Provide partner feedback to product and marketing teams to shape roadmap priorities and messaging.
QualificationsSaaS & Partner Expertise- Proven success in partner/channel sales enablement or partner management within SaaS, ideally in marketing technology or audience intelligence.
- Deep understanding of co-selling motions, channel ecosystems, and partner revenue models.
Sales Leadership- 5+ years managing sales teams with a focus on partner or indirect sales models.
- Demonstrated ability to drive partner revenue growth through enablement, coaching, and joint execution.
Strategic & Data-Driven Mindset- Experience building scalable partner programs and sales processes.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage performance and pipeline.
- Strong analytical skills for identifying opportunities, measuring KPIs, and adjusting strategies.
Relationship Builder- Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence partner stakeholders at all levels.

CompensationThe base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000 USD annually. Total on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are up to 2x base salary, which includes a performance-based variable compensation component tied to individual and company targets.
This range is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to market data, internal equity, candidate experience, skills, education, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined in alignment with these factors and in accordance with applicable law.
