A DTC company in Brazil is seeking a UGC Coordinator to manage the creator lifecycle and ensure effective content production. You will lead relations with creators, maintain project tracking, and coordinate closely with creative teams. The role requires strong organization and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Compensation ranges from $2,000-$3,250 USD per month, with a full-time commitment and flexible remote working hours.
We are a DTC company who creates direct response ads. Our marketing team makes scripts for ads that sometimes needs UGC creators to film them. This is how you will fit into our company.
We’re looking for a UGC Coordinator to own and lead our creator operations end-to-end. This role is critical to keeping our content engine moving: sourcing top-tier creators, managing relationships, anticipating roadblocks, negotiating UGC costs, and ensuring deliverables flow smoothly from concept to edit‑ready. You’ll be the point person between creators, Creative Strategists, and Operations, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a high‑volume, fast‑moving environment. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on organization, takes initiative, and solves problems independently.
This role is central to how our creative machine runs. As a UGC coordinator, you ensure that ideas turn into real, usable content—on time, organized, and ready to perform. Your work directly impacts creative velocity, team alignment, and overall results.
