- Develop relationship with Airlines and Steam Shipping Lines as well as other Service Providers that offer services to our Network.
- Manage RFQs as well as quotes received at the branch level.
- Follow-up with Origin and Destination Offices.
- Manage special deals like baskets and Named Accounts Contracts.
- Manage and control the sending of quotations to external and internal customers.
- Monitor the results of quotations with internal and external customers, as well as with the sales team.
- Register the rates approved by the customers with the Service Providers.
- Manage access to the quotation system used internally.
- Manage the performance of lost and won business, as well as main lanes, and raise strategic actions.
- Provide timely updates to our customers with Market Updates.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 6 months experience with Pricing.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to Detail.
- Fluent in English preferred.
