A language training company is seeking energetic individuals to teach French online to business professionals in São Paulo, Brazil. Candidates must be fluent in French and have at least one year of teaching experience along with three years in a corporate environment. The role offers flexible working hours, requiring a dedicated home workspace and good technical setup. This is a full-time position under a fixed-term contract.

We are looking for fun, energetic, and intelligent individuals from different backgrounds who will help transform our clients communication skills and make them more competitive in todays dynamic business world. A balance between good English and French instruction skills and learner engagement is what we look for in a candidate.
As a trainer, you will be conducting French lessons online to our clients. Our learners are mostly business professionals and executives. On any given day, you may have a CEO, senior manager of a top company, scientist, doctors, lawyers, or other professionals from highly-specialized fields as your learner.
- Must be fluent in French (C1 to C2 proficiency or equivalent)
- Must be able to work from home
- At least 1 year of training, teaching, or tutoring experience
- At least 3 years of corporate experience
- A college degree is required
- Typing skills and the ability to type accurately while on video call
- Know how to multitask
- Quiet, dedicated workspace
- PC or Mac (laptop or desktop)
- A noise-canceling computer headset with a microphone
- High-speed Internet connection (Download 10 Mbps, Upload 10 Mbps)
- Webcam capability (internal or external)
- Windows 10 or higher
- Mac - OS 10.12.6 (OS Sierra) or higher
- Processor - Intel Core i5/i7 or equivalent
- 8 GB RAM
- 10 GB of available disk space
- Number of hours per week: 30 to 40 hours
- Number of days per week: 5 to 6 days
- Working days: any day of the week as long as it meets the total number of hours per week
