The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, fluent Spanish skills, and prior teaching experience. Responsibilities include creating a dynamic online learning environment and producing self-introduction videos. This position offers flexibility, allowing home-based teaching while committing to 30 to 40 hours of work per week. Additional requirements include a strong technical setup for conducting lessons.

About the job Spanish Trainer (English Bilingual)

We are looking for fun, energetic, and intelligent individuals from different backgrounds who will help transform our clients communication skills and make them more competitive in todays dynamic business world. We need people who are passionate about teaching/training and can bring excitement to the learning experience.

As a trainer, you will be conducting Spanish lessons online to our clients.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work from home
• Must have an energetic, pleasant, and engaging personality
• Understands the principles of adult learning
• A college/bachelors degree is required
• A balance between good English and SPANISH instruction skills and learner engagement is what we look for in a candidate.
• First or second language must be English
• Training, teaching, or tutoring experience , preferably to a group (Minimum of 1 year)
• Business and/or corporate experience (Minimum of 3 years)
• Must be fluent in Spanish (C1 to C2 proficiency or equivalent)
• On-camera teaching experience is an advantage
• able to multitask using different platforms for teaching
• Know how to multitask
• Quiet, dedicated workspace

Work and technical requirements:

PC or Mac (laptop or desktop)

A noise-canceling computer headset with a microphone

High-speed Internet connection (Download 10 Mbps, Upload 10 Mbps)

Webcam capability (internal or external)

Windows 10 or higher

Mac - OS 10.12.6 (OS Sierra) or higher

Processor - Intel Core i5/i7 or equivalent

8 GB RAM

10 GB of available disk space

Work hours

Number of hours per week: 30 to 40 hours

Number of days per week: 5 to 6 days

Working days: any day of the week as long as it meets the total number of hours per week
