Employer Industry: Food and Facilities Management

• Recruit and evaluate external candidates through various sources and techniques
• Collaborate with College Relations channels to attract entry-level talent
• Engage candidates and internal partners throughout the recruiting and selection process
• Implement the national talent management strategy for existing vacancies
• Coach and advise internal client groups to influence action and decision-making

• 2-5 years of full life cycle, high volume, corporate or agency recruitment experience
• Bachelor's degree or related experience
• Creative sourcing and pipelining experience, including social media platforms
• Ability to influence strategy and provide mentoring and counseling
• Experience with researching, generating, and converting searches into a qualified candidate pool

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Strong networking skills and connections in the industry
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior recruiters
