We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities
  • Providing Frontline Support: Delivering timely and effective support to customers via live chat, phone, and email.
  • Resolving Client Issues: Addressing queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotions.
  • Handling Customer Feedback: Responding professionally to customer feedback and complaints.
  • Recording Customer Data: Updating customer data and other relevant information as necessary.
  • Supporting Documentation: Assisting with documentation / administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcement notices.
Qualifications
  • Relevant Qualifications: A bachelor's degree and / or equivalent experience.
  • Customer Service Experience: Over 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in crypto or fintech.
  • Rotation Shift Schedule: Mandatory rotation shift schedule with night shifts once relocated.
  • International Experience: Experience in international settings and teams.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
