What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Execute strategies using tools like the Account Plan and Farmer by Farmer Plan, measuring progress against established goals
  • Support retail sellers in meetings and coordinate with local manufacturer representatives
  • Record account details in CRM software (Salesforce) and manage trials for seed products
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business-related field plus 2 years of industry or direct sales experience, or 7 years of successful work experience in industry or direct sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage productivity in a fast-paced environment
  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license and be willing to travel up to 50%
