A leading e-commerce consultancy in Brazil is looking for a data-driven Google Ads Manager to own and scale accounts for ambitious e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate will have 2–4+ years of hands-on experience specifically in Google Ads, with a strong understanding of unit economics and a proven ability to scale profitable ad spend. In this role, you will manage significant budgets, optimize campaigns, and work closely with leadership on growth planning. Competitive compensation is offered based on impact and experience.
We're looking for a highly data‑driven Google Ads Manager who understands e‑commerce unit economics and knows how to scale brands profitably to 8‑9 figures. This is not a media buyer role focused on surface‑level optimizations. We're looking for someone who thinks in contribution margin, ROAS targets, CAC / LTV, and scalable growth loops.
