The ideal candidate has expertise in medical sales, particularly within the ventilator and anesthetic domain, and possesses a strong network of distributors. Fluent English and Portuguese are required, along with an entrepreneurial mindset. This role offers a competitive salary between R$20,000 and R$35,000 per month.

Job description

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, driven and analytical Channel Development professional to join a fast growing and award winning medical device manufacturer, with a view to expand our networks with medical distributors in Brazil.

Your role

The Channel Manager is responsible for strategy, recruitment, enablement, and development of strategic channel partners in the Brazilian region.

You will be working within all levels of partner organizations and have a thorough understanding of our solutions and the business value to partners and customers.

Key responsibilities include :
  • Developing and managing the relationships with key regional and growth partners
  • Developing and executing annual business plans covering all aspects of the partner relationship
  • Leading business performance and relationship reviews with stakeholders at focus partners
  • Developing strategic sales opportunities at the confluence of channel and cloud marketplaces

  • You have a proven track record in medical channel development and scaling, specifically within the ventilator and anesthetic machine domain for the Brazilian market.
  • You have a good understanding of ventilators, inhalers and anesthetic machines and are able to explain product features to potential customers.
  • You possess a portfolio of medical distributor connections as previous, existing or potential customers.
  • You build meaningful relationships and love to find mutually beneficial opportunities.
  • You understand how large and small channel partners work, and could tailor your approach accordingly.
  • You are open, honest, outcome-driven and take an entrepreneurial approach.

Salary: R$20,000 - R$35,000 per month
