We are seeking a Senior Director to accelerate Visa’s growth with private banks, fintechs, cooperatives, merchants, and emerging platforms in Brazil. This leader will own the new‑business strategy, develop scalable go‑to‑market models, and commercialize innovative solutions. This is a builder role for an entrepreneurial executive who personally sources, shapes, and closes complex deals.
In this role, you will build repeatable playbooks for prospecting and deal execution, partner with multiple cross‑functional teams to pilot and scale offerings, and craft executive narratives that prove value and deliver margin‑accretive growth.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
