Team Overview

We are looking for a Media Analyst to join the Marketing team. This position will play a strategic role in developing media plans, from defining the strategy to tactical implementation and continuous campaign optimization. If you are passionate about performance, data, and driving business impact, this role is for you.

Role Responsibilities
  • Develop media strategies and tactics aligned with the business objectives
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns across various channels (digital, social, OOH, etc.)
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data and consumer behavior insights
  • Collaborate with branding, performance, product teams, and agencies to ensure excellence in campaign activations
  • Monitor KPIs and deliver reports with insights and actionable recommendations
Role Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields
  • Previous experience in media planning and management, preferably within technology, consumer goods, or advertising agencies>
  • Knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Kwai, among others)
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of performance metrics and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
