Executive Chef - São Paulo, Brazil

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, creating and executing menus that showcase our unique culinary style, and managing a team of talented chefs.

1. Develop and maintain menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and appeal to our target audience
2. Oversee the preparation and cooking of dishes according to recipes and quality standards
3. Train and manage a team of chefs, ensuring their professional development and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines
4. Monitor food inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and control food costs
5. Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions
6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering delicious food and exceptional service
7. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times

1. Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
2. Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and menu development
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure
5. Knowledge of food safety regulations
6. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

1. Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment
3. Bilingual in Portuguese/English is preferred but not required

We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1600 per month based on experience.
