Job summary
A vacation home management company is seeking individuals to work remotely from Brazil in a guest support role. The ideal candidate must have advanced English proficiency, strong communication skills, and be available for night shifts. Responsibilities include providing support to guests, identifying their needs, and scheduling services. The role offers a base salary of R$2.000, with one day off per week. This is an excellent opportunity to partner with an international company and work flexible hours.
Qualifications

- Strong communication and multitasking skills are necessary.
Responsibilities
- Provide guest support in English via chat and phone.
- Identify and filter guest needs effectively.
- Create tasks and communicate concerns to the operations team.
- Process and register issued charges accurately.
- Monitor additional services requested by guests.
- Schedule additional services as per guest requests.
- Monitor the customer service channel of booking platforms.

If you want to work remotely from Brazil for an American company and interact with clients from all over the world, American Star Vacation Homes — a vacation home management company based in Orlando, Florida — is looking for responsible and skilled individuals to build a long-term partnership.
- Guest support in English (Chat / Phone)
- Identify and filter guest needs
- Create tasks and communicate concerns / damages to the operations team
- Process and register issued charges
- Monitor additional services requested / paid
- Schedule additional services according to guest requests
- Monitor the Customer Service channel of booking platforms
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
- Intermediate computer skills
- Proactivity and commitment
- Agility, strong communication, and multitasking skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (shift-based)
6:00 PM to 2:20 AM – 1-hour break
Schedule may vary by 1 hour during U.S. daylight saving time adjustments.
Base salary : R$2.000.00
- One day off per week (on alternate weekend day)
- Daily work
- Night shift
- English (Required)
