A vacation home management company is seeking individuals to work remotely from Brazil in a guest support role. If you want to work remotely from Brazil for an American company and interact with clients from all over the world, American Star Vacation Homes — a vacation home management company based in Orlando, Florida — is looking for responsible and skilled individuals to build a long-term partnership.

Responsibilities
  • Guest support in English (Chat / Phone)
  • Identify and filter guest needs
  • Create tasks and communicate concerns / damages to the operations team
  • Process and register issued charges
  • Monitor additional services requested / paid
  • Schedule additional services according to guest requests
  • Monitor the Customer Service channel of booking platforms
Requirements
  • Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Proactivity and commitment
  • Agility, strong communication, and multitasking skills
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (shift-based)
Schedule

6:00 PM to 2:20 AM – 1-hour break

Schedule may vary by 1 hour during U.S. daylight saving time adjustments.

Compensation

Base salary : R$2.000.00
