Job summary
A dynamic technology company is looking for a Frontend Developer with 2–5 years of experience in building responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React and Next.js. You should have strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern build tools. The role emphasizes collaboration with design teams and optimizing user experience. Ideal candidates will have experience with APIs, state management, and a product-focused mindset, ensuring seamless integration and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in frontend development, ideally in a startup.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience with modern build tools and a product-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React or similar frameworks.
- Translate Figma designs into clean, reusable components.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs.
- Optimize load times and overall user experience.
- Implement accessibility and cross-browser compatibility best practices.
- Maintain a clean component architecture.
Skills
You are the person they are looking for if you have.... 2–5 years of experience in frontend development (startup experience is a plus)
Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, and modern build tools
Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
Experience integrating APIs (REST, GraphQL)
Solid understanding of state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar)
Strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization
Ability to break down complex UI challenges and implement clean solutions
A product-focused mindset — you care about user experience, not just code
They will be more enthusiastic about you if you also have....
Experience with animation / motion libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP)
Experience building design systems or component libraries
Knowledge of modern authentication flows (OAuth, JWT, etc.)
Prior experience in B2B SaaS or consumer-facing platforms
Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
As a Frontend, the company expects you to perform the following tasks :
Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks
Translate Figma designs into clean, reusable, and scalable components
Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs efficiently and reliably
Optimize performance, load times, and overall user experience
Implement best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
Work closely with Product and Design teams to refine user flows and interactions
Maintain a clean component architecture and contribute to the shared design system
Write maintainable, well-documented code and apply strong testing methodologies
