Let\'s start with the role

We are looking for an outstanding Data Analyst to join our fast-growing BI & Analytics team and contribute to the expansion of our Kaizen Gaming functions during an exciting scale-up data journey.

As a Data Analyst you will:

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, proactively providing data analyses and insights to the function;
• Interpret KPIs with a clear understanding on results vs. expected targets;
• Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders enabling them to make better-informed business decisions;
• Continuously assess and refine existing metrics and KPIs and work closely with the rest of Business Intelligence (BI) to develop new ones that drive business growth;
• Work closely with the rest of BI team to ensure alignment, adopt best practices in data visualization, and facilitate seamless information flow from the hub to the spoke and vice versa;
• Contribute to fostering a strong data-driven culture across the organization;
• Design and develop data intelligence solutions, including analysis, reporting and dashboards of key metrics and KPIs.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, or similar;
• Experience in a reporting, statistical or quantitative role—experience in the gaming industry would be considered a plus;
• Analytical mindset and detail-oriented with ability to focus and prioritize workload;
• Exceptional data storytelling skills and the ability to articulate technical information to a non-technical audience;
• Strategic thinker with the ability to collaborate and engage with senior stakeholders;
• High drive, can-do attitude, proactive, and adaptable to changing business demands;
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, as well as strong skills in MS-Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, v-lookups);
• Working experience with Microsoft Power BI would be considered a plus (or other dashboarding tools such as Tableau);
• Working experience with Python would also be considered a plus (especially Pandas, Numpy, and other relevant libraries for data analysis);
• Fluent in English.
