Insight Global is seeking an experienced Paralegal to provide comprehensive legal support for legal cases in the United States, primarily in Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oregon procedures, rules, and laws and will be comfortable working independently in a remote environment. This role involves drafting documents, proofing, and filing, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

• Prepare first drafts of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Review and proof documents for accuracy and compliance with Oregon laws and court rules.
• Manage case files and maintain organization using case management software.
• Handle electronic filing and ensure timely submission of documents.
• Collaborate with attorneys to support case strategy and deadlines.
• Assist with estate, family, and probate matters when applicable.

• 5+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience.
• Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

• Background in family law, estate planning, or probate cases.
• Familiarity with electronic filing systems and court portals.

The compensation for this role is $6 - $10 USD per hour, which translates to roughly R$39-$50 per hour.
