O profissional deverá ter experiência no setor automotivo e ser fluente em inglês, já que este é o idioma oficial do projeto. O candidato pode trabalhar remotamente e deve estar disponível para reuniões durante o horário comercial europeu. A capacidade de criar apresentações emocionais e colaborar com diversas equipes também é essencial para o sucesso nesta função.

A STEP é uma empresa de engenharia especializada no setor automotivo, reconhecida por sua excelência técnica e compromisso com a inovação. Fundada em 1992, a empresa estabeleceu sua sede em Turim, cidade considerada o centro do desenvolvimento automotivo na Itália.

Com o objetivo de expandir sua atuação e atender melhor às demandas regionais, a STEP inaugurou em 2004 a unidade Step do Sul, localizada em Pomigliano, na província de Nápoles.

Em 2009, dando continuidade ao seu plano de internacionalização, a empresa investiu na América Latina, o que resultou na abertura de uma Sede também em Contagem (Minas Gerais, Brasil), ampliando sua presença no mercado global.

UI Design

Deliverables

Creation of innovative UI Design solutions to satisfy customer requests.

Creation of emotional presentation in order to explain the conceptual ideations and development of the project.

Management of the research phase

• Analysis and constant updating of technologies and design trends in present and future use;
• Analysis of the current market in the context of the current project;
• Mood board creations;
• Management of the research phase and evaluation of customer requests and user requirements;
• Participation in brainstorming sessions and workshops with the team;
• Definition of the graphic concept.

Management of the design phase

• Create innovative graphic interfaces to satisfy customer requests; Development of a style guide and documentation to support the technical team;
• Create 2D / 3D assets, icons, color definitions and other graphic elements for prototyping and final production of the project.

Management of the development phase

• Presentation of proposals to customers;
• Perfecting of the proposal chosen by the customer to meet their needs and suggest any improvements;
• Collaboration with other Departments to integrate interdisciplinary technical aspects (CAS Department, Feasibility, Electric / Electronics).

General requirements

Following competence with high level of experience in the team are required :

• Fluent English is MANDATORY because it is the official language of the project.
• NICE TO HAVE Italian language.
• Experience in Automotive Fields.
• Knowledge of the needs of different types of users and ability to intercept those needs.
• Analysis and benchmarking skills.
• Identification of the technology that can at best intercept and satisfy customer requests with those offered by the reference market.
• Ability to create emotional, engaging and convincing presentations towards customers (eg. mood board creation).
• Ability to intercept the best solution in order to satisfy customer requests.
• Deepened knowledge of Software in particular Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Blender as well as Microsoft Office package (PPT, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Customer orientation and ability to speak in public and facing the client.
• Team work ability and empathy

Work Model

The candidate can work remotely and must be available to be contacted via Microsoft Teams for any meetings during European business hours.
