Design Innovation Strategist

We are seeking a visionary leader to orchestrate end-to-end innovation journeys, driving breakthrough moments that redefine industries and create measurable business impact. This role involves collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams through dynamic design thinking workshops, co‑creation sessions, and service design exercises. The successful candidate will transform abstract ideas into tangible concepts, creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and service blueprints. The ideal candidate will have expertise in problem framing, synthesizing research and workshop information to reframe business challenges into actionable problem statements. They will also be skilled in conceptualization, translating complex ideas into viable, feasible, and desirable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitation & Discovery: Lead high‑impact design thinking workshops and design sprints, ensuring senior client stakeholders are engaged throughout the process.
• Problem Framing: Synthesize research findings and workshop outcomes to develop actionable problem statements, guiding business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Conceptualization & Prototyping: Translate complex ideas into tangible concepts, using wireframes, interactive prototypes, and service blueprints to bring designs to life.
• Service Design: Design end‑to‑end service experiences and business models, focusing on delivering solutions that are viable, feasible, and desirable for clients and stakeholders.
