Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of in-house recruitment experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. This is a fully remote position offering a salary range of $1,500-$2,100 per month, along with generous paid time off and other benefits.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a versatile and self-sufficient Technical Recruiter to help us propel our growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers
• Execute sourcing strategies using a mix of outbound, inbound, and referral pipelines
• Deliver strong candidate experience and clear communication throughout the process
• Maintain structured, well-documented hiring processes in collaboration with the Recruitment Manager

Requirements

• 4+ years of in-house recruitment experience across Engineering and Product.
• Proven success hiring in fast-paced, agile environments (BPO experience not applicable)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Exceptionally organized with a focus on process and follow-through

Salary & Benefits

• $1,500-$2,100 per month/depending on your location and skills/experience
• 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year\'s Day Paid Off
