Overview

Your role: Are you great with numbers? Do you know how to take care of the details? We are looking for a tax analyst to:

• issue invoices and control payment deadlines
• register payments, notes, tax refunds, ensuring that the taxes due are collected on time, avoiding unnecessary taxes, and studying the legislation in force in search of mechanisms to save on these payments
• prepare and deliver ancillary tax obligations
• assist in the control of all payment processes and in the process of reconciling legacy systems
• support for the daily activities of the Tax area
• control changes in tax legislation and the progress of the processes in the ECAC

Your team

You’ll be working in the Finance team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. We are responsible for oversight of global financial close processes (daily and monthly), preparation and analysis of information in the Financial Statements (Group consolidated and statutory accounts of legal entities), ensuring compliance with IFRS and other relevant requirements.

Your expertise

• a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• methodical, concise, and accurate, with strong attention to detail
• good communications skills, both English and Portuguese
• availability to work onsite in Sao Paulo's office
