A leading consulting firm is seeking a Portuguese speaking Solution Architect / Developer to work remotely in Brazil. This role focuses on using technical expertise in Microsoft Teams and Viva to provide services and workshops for premier enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will have design and development experience in major Viva components, integrating Viva with other technologies, and possess deep knowledge in Teams Telephony and app development. Strong communication skills in Portuguese and customer management experience are essential.

Qualificações

In this role you will leverage your technical expertise in Microsoft Teams and Viva to deliver proactive services and workshops to premier enterprise customers in Brazil.

The following proficiencies are required :

Fluent / native Portuguese written & oral communication

Design and development experience in major Viva components

Experience in integrating Viva with relevant technologies

Deep knowledge and experience in Teams Telephony and app development

Experience in customer and stakeholder management
