Stafiz is a start-up that has created and markets software for service companies (consulting firms, audits, etc.). Sold online, the solution allows consultants to manage their time, the assignments they have sold to their clients, their invoices, their expense reports, etc.

Our vision : create the next automated software that will destroy all unnecessary working time!

Due to the strong growth (oh yeah), we are looking for a Software Testing Officer who will be in charge of being the link between the Stafiz development team and customer support. The tester will also be responsible for being proactive and suggesting areas for improving the process.

Tasks : Testing & Validation

• Execute manual tests and report results precisely.
• Report, document, and follow up on bugs through our internal tools.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work with Product Managers to understand business requirements and validation criteria.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
• Provide clear feedback on product quality, usability, and performance.

Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to process optimization and QA best practices.
• Support the setup and maintenance of automated tests.

Document features and test results in Notion (our internal knowledge base).

Main requirements

• Be rigorous and organized.
• English bilingual.
• Be autonomous and responsible for your action : you are given a task, you choose your strategy, you judge on the result.
• Appreciate teamwork.

• Coding skills is a plus, to create units tests and more
