Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate AI transformation opportunities across business operations
• Design, build, and deploy AI workflows, automations, and agentic systems that create measurable improvements in efficiency, revenue, and scalability
• Work remotely with international, cross‑functional teams including marketing, strategy, and technical leaders
• Apply best practices in system design, software engineering, and agile methodologies
• Stay current on developments in generative AI, large language models, workflow integration, and automation engineering

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of full‑time professional experience in software engineering with references
• Excellent written and spoken English and prior experience working in global or remote teams
• Proven experience in AI automation, workflow orchestration, or agentic systems
• Familiarity with low‑code and no‑code tools such as Make or n8n
• Strong background in cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure, and experience with scalable architectures
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or other programming languages used for AI applications
• Understanding of data pipelines, GPT and LLM technologies, and AI product deployment
• Self‑directed and highly resourceful, with an entrepreneurial and solutions‑oriented mindset
• Reliable internet connection and equipment suitable for remote work
